BTR Assured + Panel

Co-brand a low-friction assurance layer for Article 6/CORSIA. We operate the sovereign pathway LoA → Corresponding Adjustment (CA) → Annual Information (AEF) → BTR and compile a dated evidence pack (incl. Pre-BTR confirmation when parity is met). You supply disciplined capacity. No pass-through to governments.

BTR-First · Annual Information parity · analytics + parametric (optional add-on)

Why it works for carriers

  • Dated milestones (LoA → CA → AEF → BTR) shrink ambiguity for attachment and settlement.
  • Telemetry + documents at each gate reduce ELR and LAE; clean parametric triggers.
  • Distribution built-in: traders and buyers fund as a single line item; governments are never payers.

Cohort-1 panel & participation

  • Panel size: up to 3 carriers (2 global, 1 regional).
  • Minimum commitment: $500k capacity/premium plan for Cohort-1.
  • Cohort-2 reservation (optional): $100k down, credited toward a $1M commitment ( start).
  • Payor: traders and/or buyers (no pass-through to governments).

Offer components

Green-Lane Analytics (required)

Portfolio telemetry, milestone evidence ingestion, quarterly loss-avoidance audit, and a repricing memo with corridor guidance. Feeds LoA, CA documentation, VVB/DOE acceptance (where applicable), AEF, Pre-BTR confirmation, and BTR artifacts.

Parametric “On-Time BTR”

Objective trigger tied to dated BTR inclusion (or an equivalent registry event specified in your rider). Fast payout; country/project schedules visible in the tracker. Optional rider can reference Pre-BTR confirmation as a monitoring condition (no payout at pre-BTR).

Narrow CA/LoA Wrap (optional)

Focused sovereign-act wording around process risk. Aligns to LoA issuance, corresponding adjustment (CA) documentation, and BTR evidence — never promising policy outcomes.

Each component plugs into the same milestone framework; buyers see the documentary pack that underpins coverage. Standards that mandate insurance/assurance still apply; this is an optional add-on, not a substitute.

We’ll send sample riders and a data-feed overview. Check Eligibility Status

Triggers, guardrails & exclusions

  • Parametric trigger: failure to reach BTR inclusion by a defined date for an in-scope, documented project lane (with LoA, VVB/DOE acceptance where applicable, AEF parity memo, and CA documentation in file).
  • Documentation condition: event data/files available in the shared tracker (LoA refs, VVB/DOE letters, CA documents, AEF entries, BTR section draft/publication).
  • Exclusions focus: market price movement, force majeure beyond defined windows, and broad policy-outcome guarantees.
  • Governing principle: sovereign decisions remain sovereign; wording is process-bounded and UNFCCC-consistent.
  • Parametric clarity: trigger references BTR publication or another public registry event; no policy outcome guarantees.

Panel KPIs & SLAs

  • ΔELR vs baseline: target ≥ 40% reduction from legacy loss experience via milestone discipline.
  • Parametric settlement: ≤ 30 days from final evidence file.
  • Wrap settlement (if bound): ≤ 60 days under narrow wording.
  • Portfolio health: uptake by country, on-time milestone rate, variance to schedule.

Underwriting workflow

  1. Orientation — receive cohort country slate, milestone calendar, and evidence-pack samples.
  2. Bound corridors — set per-country corridor bands and capacity slices; document SLAs.
  3. Attachment — traders/buyers elect Analytics and (optionally) Parametric/Wrap at checkout.
  4. Quarterly review — loss-avoidance audit; repricing memo; corridor adjustments if needed.

Data flows: API or secure portal. Files are hashed; audit trail preserved.

Commercial model

  • Who pays: traders and/or buyers as a single line item alongside underlying tonnes.
  • No pass-through to governments: ministries do not pay premiums; any government-facing administrative support in BTR Prime is restricted, milestone-linked, MoU-bound, PFM-compliant, and never to individuals.
  • Alliances: carriers may opt into Strategic Alliance co-marketing and Analytics data-share for portfolio design.
