Accounting note: Buyer economics use an 80/20 split. Commissions apply to the creditable 80% portion when it draws; the 20% reservation/admin fee is recognized at M1 and is not commissionable.

SOWs bill to commercial customers. No commissions on donor funds.

Deal registration & MDF

Deal registration (protect your work)

  • First-in & scoped by entity + offer; valid 180 days
  • 48h SLA for accept/decline after submission
  • Conflicts resolved by evidence of first warm intro + discovery completion
  • Staleness: after 90 days without movement we may re-scope by agreement

Marketing Development Funds (MDF)

  • Gold up to 10%; Platinum up to 20% — pre-approved campaigns only
  • Eligible: events, co-branded content, workshops. Ineligible: headcount, general ops
  • Reimbursed with receipts and a short report within 30 days
