Developer LoA Navigator

Collapse Article 6.4’s moving parts into 12 gates mapped to our six shared milestones (same cadence as Traders & Governments). Get a pre-filled LoA draft, baseline memo, a validator-ready pack, and a short ETF/BTR extract for ministry reporting.

LoA → first transferCA → BTR

What you’ll get

  • LoA form fields pre-filled (UN template + host variants) and ministerial cover note.
  • Baseline/Additionality memo with step-wise decisions logged.
  • Monitoring plan pack; stakeholder suite; safeguards & SD annex.
  • One-click validator-ready pack; ETF/BTR extract for the next window.
Paris-aligned only (LoA, CA, ETF) — no TAB-only units.

How to use this navigator

  • Work through the 12 Gates: each gate produces an artifact (LoA draft, baseline memo, monitoring plan, stakeholder evidence, etc.) that feeds validation and Article 6 reporting.
  • Keep dates & versions tight: use ISO dates for submissions/coverage; track validator comments and revisions so IR/AEF/BTR references stay consistent.
  • Mirror field names: label your tracker columns using the suggested field names in Gate 9–12 (e.g., first_transfer_definition, parity_status, registry_reference) to speed hand-off to authorities.
  • Record the first transfer rule: align early with the Host Party on when first transfer occurs and reflect that in LoA text, AEF lines, and the CA tables.
  • Link evidence, don’t paste it: keep PDDs, DOE reports, stakeholder minutes, and registry receipts as linked files with clear filenames and dates to simplify validator checks.
