Article 6 reporting cadence (helper)
- Initial Report (IR): participation & authorization basics for cooperative approaches.
- Annual Information (AEF): year-by-year entries on authorization/issuance/first transfer/use with corresponding adjustments (CA).
- Biennial Transparency Report (BTR): anchors the period; Article 6 regular information is annexed/linked.
How to use this outline
- Anchor to ETF MPGs: keep BTR text concise and point to submitted CRT/CTF tables for figures and indicators.
- Cite and date consistently: use ISO dates for coverage, submissions, and recalculations; document QA/QC and archiving practices.
- Article 6 (if applicable): indicate participation and where CA is reported (regular information annex). Define first transfer policy early.
